LIFETREE IS AN OFFICIAL DEALER OF ALL THE BRANDS THAT IT OFFERS. ALL PRODUCTS ARE DIRECTLY OBTAINED FROM EITHER THE MANUFACTURER OR THE OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR THE NETHERLANDS, WHICH HAS SEVERAL ADVANTAGES FOR YOU AS A CONSUMER:

  • All products fall under the official Dutch warranty  
  • The product satisfies the criteria posed by the Dutch law and by general safety requirements. 
  • Services on products are performed with authentic parts and according to the directions of the manufacturer. 

Through direct contact relations with manufacturers both the sales and the service departments have the most recent product information at their disposal. As a consequence, better and more precise product information can be given and services can be performed according to the latest directions.

The warranty offered by Lifetree covers the items it supplies with regard to construction faults and faulty materials. The warranty period is as the manufacturer of the product establishes and within this period the warranty consists of the sending of spare or replacing parts free of charge. Only if necessary the product itself will be repaired or replaced, again at no cost.

You can send us any item that has to repaired or replaced by packing it appropriately and by stamping it sufficiently. For more information view the section on exchanges and returns.

Within the warranty period we send repaired items back to addresses within the Netherlands at no cost. Transportation costs for international destinations may vary according to factors such as distance and weight of the package.

In addition to the item concerned you should send us a copy of the receipt or an accompanying note with the invoice code. This is the only way to claim the warranty.
