exchanges and returns

Lifetree allows you to replace or return items within 14 working days after receiving your order.

An item can be returned only in unused condition and accompanied by all documentations and accessories that belong with it. Furthermore, the packaging of the product has to be undamaged. If the returned item satisfies these criteria a refund of the product price will take place. Shipping costs, on the other hand, are non-refundable.
 
Any returned item that doesn’t satisfy the above-mentioned criteria will not be refunded for its full price. If this is the case we will contact you. As soon as we receive the item that you have returned the return procedure will take place.
 

The refund will be deposited on your account or credit card within 30 working days. 

 
Refunds will only be deposited on the account that was initially used to pay for the order.
If you paid by credit card the refund will be credited back to the card within 30 working days.
Attention: some credit card companies execute credits only once a month. In that case it can take up to 6 weeks for the return to be credited on your credit card. The amount to be credited is established by taking into account the amount paid on the original invoice.
 
In case of promotional actions or special offers Lifetree reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules are clearly stated on the relevant pages of the product in question. Always contact us if you have any questions about returns.
 

Products that can’t be returned are: 

 
  • Seasonally-tied products (such as Christmas items) 
  • Care- and hygiene-related products (such as breast pumps, feeding bottles, lotions, etc.) 
  • CDs, DVDs and video’s 
  • Discounted articles. In this case this will be clearly mentioned in the accompanying text.
