Making an order is easy. Simply click on the ‘add to shopping cart’ button below the product to add it to your order. You can view and edit the full contents of your shopping card at all times by clicking on the ‘shopping basket cart’ button on the right side of the screen. Then you can remove items or adjust the amount of products of your order.

 
Shipping costs
Before calculating the shipping costs of your order you have to sign in, allowing us to take the delivery address into account. Once you are signed in you can place your order by following the instructions on the screen. If you want to continue shopping you can click on the ‘continue shopping’ button.
 
Placing your order
You can finalize your order once your shopping basket includes all the items you wish to purchase. Click on the ‘to counter’ button and follow all the steps as shown on your screen.
 
Modifying, cancelling or returning an order
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore you have the option of modifying your order or returning the merchandise to us within 14 days (see exchanges and returns).
 
 
Modifying an order
If you want to modify an order please contact us as soon as possible through klantenservice@geboortewinkel.nl. Once the order has been sent out it is too late to make any adjustments. In this case you can follow the steps as stated in the section exchanges and returns and we will provide you with a refund of the merchandise price. Unfortunately the shipping costs are non-refundable.
