What is the delivery time for my order?
Your order will be delivered within 5 working days (within the Netherlands).
 
Who takes care of the delivery?
Your order will be delivered by TNT Post.
 
Why don’t I receive a confirmation e-mail about my order?
Your order is only confirmed once your payment has been completed. When paying through iDeal or PayPal (Visa and Mastercard) you have to wait until you return to our website. This will happen automatically after a few seconds.
